Eligibility:
To be eligible, a story must have been finished and posted between December 1, 2002 and November 14, 2003.
Nominations:
Between November 15, 2003 and November 30, 2003, you're invited to submit
your favorite stories for consideration.
Primary Voting:
Between December 10, 2003 and December 31, 2003, you can browse all
categories of nominated stories, and vote for up to five favorites. The
top five stories in each category will make it to the final round of
voting.
Final Voting:
Between January 8, 2004 and January 17, 2004, you will be able to vote for
the most deserving story among the top five in each category.
Winners Announcement:
The complete list of winners (first,
second and third place in each category), will be inaugurated here on the
site on January 20, 2004. Announcements will be made on most major West
Wing mailing lists, on relevant livejournal communities, and on the Jeds
livejournal.
